RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization. If there is a problem with the goods that you have received, please email us or call us and we will instruct you on how to return your item Goods may be returned for exchange or refund only if:

• they are defective due to manufacture
• they have not been worn
• tags are still in place
• they have not been laundered
• there are no distinguishing smells, such as, but not limited to: cigarette smoke, pet smells, etc.
• they have not been altered in a way that makes them unable to be resold, such as, but not limited to: tapering pants, boxtailing shirts, short hem lengths, etc.


Full refunds will be given, with a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Custom badges cannot be returned.
